  • If you don’t want to delete them, at least log out so it takes extra effort to check.

  • Every ping is a dopamine trap.

  • Disable alerts so you're not constantly pulled back in.

3. Replace Scrolling with Something Better

  • 📚 Read books instead of Twitter rants.

  • 🚶 Go for a walk instead of scrolling Instagram.

  • Journal your thoughts instead of tweeting them.

  • Avoid the "Where did you go?" messages.
